James+Eva | Wedding in Iceland
James and Eve are a terrific couple that brought together guests from England and Malaysia on Icelandic land.
On a clear August morning, we met in a small Icelandic house, took off the charges and set off. Dawn we met on a deserted street of Reykjavik and could not refrain from taking pictures in stunning dawn light. On the way to the waterfall Seljalansfoss, we stopped near a field covered with amazingly soft moss. Everyone should touch this soft, like a feather bed, moss! 🙂
The marriage ceremony was held in the Lutheran Church Reyniskirkja near the famous Icelandic black beach Reynisfjara. It was very nice to watch the guests, who sincerely enjoyed the holiday, talked a lot and enjoyed themselves. Of course, after the ceremony we moved to the same black beach, and then we visited one beautiful place not far from the town of Vik, which is not marked on the maps.
On the way back to Reykjavik, we visited a cave, from which there is an excellent view of the opposite side of the black beach. It was difficult to keep from visiting the Sólheimajökull glacier, where we took great shots and had a short excursion for the newlyweds and guests. And at the end of our for we took a few photos under a small waterfall hidden in a cave.
It was a busy and interesting day for all of us! We hope that James and Eve will gather to celebrate their wedding anniversary in Iceland and we will repeat this adventure! :)
